Travel Advisories

Ebus works to keep all passengers up to date on schedule changes and will contact affected passengers directly. This travel advisories page is for general information on requirements for travelling with us, and changes to routes and schedules that may occur. Also check out the Before You Go page, to make sure you have all your travel bases covered.

Identification Policy

We require all passengers over the age of 18 to travel with Government Issued photo I.D. or two (2) pieces of valid government-issued non-photo identification with matching names. Passengers without the correct forms of I.D. will be refused travel.

Face Masks

Effective June 16, 2022, face masks are no longer mandatory for passengers or drivers onboard our coaches. This policy is in alignment with the Provincial legislation that has removed the measure on public transit and intercity buses. We support a mask-friendly environment and ask that everyone be respectful of others, whether they choose to wear a mask or not.

Vaccination Policy

Ebus BC: April 8th, 2022: Please note that in accordance with the Government of British Columbia’s public health measures, we do not require proof of vaccination on Ebus BC trips.

Ebus AB: February 9, 2022: Please note that in accordance with the Government of Alberta’s public health measures, we do not require proof of vaccination on Ebus Alberta or Red Arrow trips.
